A polymer modified, cement-based, rapid-hardening, water resistant, protein and ammonia free self-smoothing compound for use in interior areas. The product is pumpable and sulphate resistant and can be used to level a variety of bases including concrete, cement:sand screeds, anhydrite screeds, adhesive residues, asphalt, terrazzo and unglazed ceramic tiles. Suitable for use under ceramic tiles, natural stone, sheet and soft floor coverings. Can be used from featheredge up to 5mm and from 5-20mm with the addition of 3mm granite chippings. Will accommodate thermal movement and limited vibration/movement. The compound can take foot traffic after 3 hours. Ceramic tiles can be fixed after 4 hours and soft-floor coverings after 24 hours. Single part lastex based Interior use Rapid-setting Self-smoothing Pumpable Average coverage for a 3mm depth is approx. 5sqm

HG stain protector is for use on unglazed ceramic tiles, porcelanato, glazed stone stonewear, slate, marble, granite and other sorts of natural stonework. It provides protection against almost all water-based spillages - such as those made by wine, cola, etc.- and against oily spots and general contamination. As the porous based materials are protected deep within the pores HG stain protector is suitable for use in the living room, kitchen and bathroom.First thoroughly clean the surface that is to be treated. Ceramic tiles, granite, slate etc. should be cleaned with HG polish, wax and dirt remover. Marble and grades of limestone should be cleaned with HG marble shine finish remover. Unpolished floor tiles, such as for examplepolished stonewear and porcellanato should be cleaned with HG porcelain cleaner. Using a brush or a roller, apply a liberal coating of HG stain protector. It is recommended that very porous base materials are treated a second time. 1 litre of HG stain protector is sufficient for 100 m². All HG maintenance products for the base materials can be used as normal.

It has all the product benefits and uses of the 2-part Fast Flex system with the added benefits of being an easier to mix single part solution, can be used to improve tiled floor sound reduction and also has new. Rubber-like flexibility: Elastomeric, Fast setting – grout after 5 hours, Highly frost / water resistant. Average coverage of this product is up to approx. 6.5sqm depending on the trowel used. For tiling subject to movement / vibration, use as isolating, anti-fracture underlay for ceramic tiles, suitable for most tile types including porcelain, 'Go greener' eco-friendly product - use of over 10% of powder using recycled rubber filler. Use for: Most types of WALL and FLOOR tiles including:Ceramics. Porcelain and fully vitrified tiles, Mosaics, Natural Stone including marble, Slate Most substrates including: Asphalt (suitable grade e.g. flooring), Concrete, cement:sand screeds and rendering.
