Assembly We suggest that this toilet seat is fitted by a competent person. No tools are required to fit this seat, however, it may be necessary to use tools to remove the existing seat. Unscrew the two rear white plastic locking nuts which are already attached to the two M8 threaded bolts. The Toilet Seat comes readily positioned at the 10 cm height, if a further adjustment is required then proceed as follows: Unscrew the two wing nuts on the rear sides of the toilet seat to release the two height adjustable slides. Decide whether the 6 cm or 14 cm height is required and then withdraw the height adjusters together with the cross bars that they are attached to. To remove the fixing lugs, push them from the inside edge with finger tip. Pull the cross bar downwards and remove from the slide adjuster. The full range of adjustment is from 6cm, through 10cm to a maximum of 14cm. Make sure that the same height adjustment is made to the front slides of the seat. Repeat the same check for the back slides of the seat. The height adjustment in the front and the back do not need to be the same, i.e. the back of the seat maybe higher than the front. Please note the sliders will only fit back into place in one direction. Therefore replace the slides and cross bars in the seat. Screw back into place the two wing nuts on the rear sides of the seat to lock into position. Safety The load of the Toilet Seat should not exceed 150 kgs The load on the individual arm rest should not exceed 100 kgs. The Toilet cover should not be loaded with weight, i.e. with the lid in the down position. Periodically check all fixings for tightness. Servicing The Toilet Seat should be regularly cleaned with non abrasive cleaning materials, do not bleach covers on arm rests.
