Aircraft Recognition was a book produced by Penguin during World War II which enable the average person to begin recognising particular aircraft based on both sight and sound. This particular copy is in good condition. It does have considerable wear. Regarding its exterior, the front cover is torn and ripped in places, as well as the paper covering the spine having completely disappeared (see photo) The front cover is also very loose from the rest of the book. As for the interior, this is generally in better condition. There are no signs of writing, highlighting or markings in the book, apart from a small 10p written on the first page. The pages are browning from age. Overall, despite these obvious signs of wear, this is a book worth getting. It offers expert knowledge on the subject of aircraft recognition and will certainly be appealing for anyone following this particular hobby.
