The antenna is connected with a detachable stand which allows you to relocate the antenna one meter away to a proper / higher position to pick up stronger wireless signals. The stand base is built in with strong magnet so users can attach it to any metal wall/partition/cabinet or surface. EA-IO7D increases the wireless coverage area when it is connected to a wireless AP/router. It also improve the transmission range when the antenna is connected to a wireless adaptor. The antenna is flexible to rotate 360º. It fits easily to the wall, ceiling or desktop with the magnetic the stand which is strong enough to hold the antenna onto proper position. The antenna is not only compatible with Edimax devices, but also with most wireless devices of RP-SMA interface. The antenna is omni-directional so it transmits and receives signals from all directions. It is the best solution for a radius coverage.
