Intellipanel Energy Saving 8-Way Plug Strip For Desktops

Despite looking like an 8-way plug strip the nifty Intelli Panel saves you energy and money. It works by switching off your computer equipment left on standby. Plug your PC into one socket and all your peripherals (printer, modem, scanner, etc) into the others, and this clever device will only supply power to your accessories once it detects the computer is switched on. Within seconds of the PC being powered down, the Intelli Panel cuts off the electricity to your peripherals. It features 8 sockets and will save an average of 35W per hour depending on the number of connected peripherals. The Intelli Panel also features built-in surge protection and its own standby consumption is a measly 0.4W. Maximum power 13 amps. Please note: This device is not recommended for use with laptops.

The IH100 is suitable for pan bases, as its durable vitro ceramic plate lets you cook a large range of dishes, from 12 to 25cm diameters. The Kenwood hob uses a conventional rotary control, with a 120-minute integrated timer. For added piece of mind the IH100 also has pan detection, boil dry protection and auto shut-off. Note: Only use pans suitable for induction hobs. These include: enamelled steel, iron, stainless steel (depending on the alloy) and some aluminium pans with a ferromagnetic base. Glass and copper bases are unsuitable.
