If the picture and sound doesnt come through correctly to the receiver unit/TV, please switch off both sender and receiver, then switch sender on first, wait until 2 blue lights show, then turn the receiver back on. Please ensure the source device is switched on and transmitting a signal before you turn on these devices. If you are using an HDMI splitter (I.E to split a sky box signal), transmission problems can be fixed by resetting the HDMI splitter. Depending on the construction of your house there can be range issues.  It is mainly a problem for new build houses where foil insulation is used between internal walls, and also an issue for very thick walls.  If you are able to use a wireless internet network in your house then you should generally be able to get a good signal from this device. Most video/sound transmission problems can be fixed by resetting the sender and receiver boxes as described above and turning them on in the correct order (sender first, then receiver).
