Because men-u Shower Gel is ultra concentrated, a little goes a long way and it fits neatly into a travel or sports bag. Directions for use: 1. Squeeze a small amount of men-u Shower Gel into wet palm (small thumb size) and generate lather between palms in shower. Apply all over body, keeping out of eyes. 2. Repeat over remainder of body. Great for use with a lather net which also helps exfoliate dead skin cells. 3. Rinse thoroughly.
