During your stay you can take some lovely walks directly from the land or explore the many sheltered coves and sandy beaches that the immediate area and the whole of the Lizard Peninsula has to offer. The pretty cove at Gillan is only a 15 minute walk from the farm and its shingle beach is ideal for safe bathing. Sailing is available at St Anthony and Helford nearby. In the evenings you could choose to visit one of many local pubs or restaurants which serve good food. Leisure facilities: adjacent to the garden is an indoor heated swimming pool that is shared with the owner and is open all year round. The accommodation itself is spacious and arranged over three floors, it offers FOUR bedrooms: 1 family room containing a double and single bed and distant views of Falmouth Bay, 2 doubles and 1 bunk bedroom. Bathroom: with WC and shower room with WC. Lounge/diner: with widescreen TV, Freeview, DVD, hi-fi and open fire. Kitchen: with cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and many useful extras. Outside: relax in the enclosed garden area that has a BBQ and seating. Amenities: ample parking is available even if you plan on bringing your own dinghy. The seaside town of Bude is only 10 minutes away with its beautiful sandy beaches and outdoor sea pool, suitable for all the family, and a wide range of amenities, shops and restaurants. Further afield and you can explore the many picturesque fishing villages of Cornwall and Devon and the many attractions on offer such as The Milky Way, Crealy Adventure Park, Newquay Sea Life Centre and The Eden Project.The accommodation retains much of its original features and offers FOUR bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower room and WC which is reached by a spiral staircase, 1 king-size double, 1 twin (with zip-and-link beds that can be a 6' double on request) and 1 bunk bedroom.
