Please allow several weeks notice when booking, particularly during the most popular summer months.Weather: Flying is weather dependent and it is crucial that you call the weather line (after 7.30am please) on the day of your flight. The Stampe is an vintage open-cockpit plane and certain weather conditions may result in your flight being rescheduled.Duration: Expect to be on site for at least an hour and your flight will last for 30 minutes (from chocks-off to chocks-on). Please arrive a few minutes before your flight time to be kitted out and briefed. Numbers On Day: Your briefing may be shared, but only you and your qualified pilot will be in the aircraft during your flight.Spectators: Spectators (including well behaved, supervised children and pets) are welcome. There is an airport restaurant which guests are welcome to use. A camera (not permitted when airborne) and a pair of binoculars will come in handy. Dress Code: Stampes have open cockpits, so wrap up warm. Wear soft-soled shoes, bring sunglasses and if you have long hair, something to tie it back with. Flying kit (jacket, headset and helmet) will be provided.Guidelines: We suggest a light meal a few hours before your flight but please don't drink alcohol (heavy food and alcohol can make you nauseous during a flight).
