This top quality 66fit - 45cm Wooden Wobble & Rocker Adjustable Board with an easily cleanable PVC surface has been specifically designed so that you can change the attachments to make it into a wobble board or rocker board. It is excellent for use in the home or clinic enviroment and is ideal for all stages of rehabilitation. This 66fit Wobble Board comes with a FREE instructional DVD which guides you through a wide range of exercises which covers the lower body, core and upper body, giving you clear instructional information on how to perform the exercises correctly and is demonstrated by a professional personal trainer. Recommended up to a maximum user weight of 25 stone, the Wobble/Rocker Combination Board will retrain proprioception (the sense of balance) after injury, preventing further injury and ensuring a speedy return to sport.
