Access to the master bedroom is through the second bedroom. Double bed, built-in shelving and hanging space.   Bedroom Two The bed is a single with a pull out bed underneath. The beds can be made up either as twin beds or a kingsize double. There is also a chest of drawers and a good selection of books on the shelves. The shower room is accessed through the second bedroom. Featuring a fully tiled shower with wash basin and w.c. The house is accessed through an iron gate at the side of 1 College View in Fore Street (one house away from the Village Store). Climb up the steps past the lower cottages and you will come to the lower patio with its summerhouse. There are roughly 70 steps leading up to the house which is not reccomended for people with walking difficulties. Car parking is available in the Darthaven Marina car park and a weekly parking permit is available direct from Darthaven Marina. Beautifully landscaped gardens with shrubs and flowers. Four patio areas with seating overlooking the marina and the River Dart. A summerhouse has a BBQ and dining area. Further seating and dining areas are located around the garden.
