The Benro GH1 Gimbal Head has been specially designed for the wildlife or sports photographer with large, heavy zoom lenses who want smooth operation, good balance and lots of support when tracking their subject. It allows you to rotate your lens around its centre of gravity enabling easy manipulation of large lenses up to 600mm. It’s faster, more stable than the traditional ball head and it’s been made with the highest quality of Aluminium with a comfortable arm for gripping. The base mount can be rotated 360 degrees by loosening the panning knob in a counter clockwise direction. The tilt knob is used to adjust the vertical rotation. It comes with a QR plate which you can quickly be removed by turning knob on the side. The lens is in the upright position with the GH-1, whereas the GH-2 is set flat. The GH1 is compatible with the international-style QR plates such as the Arca Swiss and the Benro PL Series special lens plates.
