Barometer The Suunto Vector HR displays real time barometric pressure and temperature- giving you a heads-up on weather conditions. Check the weather trend graph or the past four days’ barometric data- which is recorded automatically. When the reference altitude is set correctly- the instrument also shows the present sea level pressure- making it easier for you to read and understand the barometric pressure at high altitudes. Just don’t forget that in the mountains- the detected barometric pressure also changes when you are moving in a vertical direction- which can make predicting the weather a bit more complicated. Compass The digital compass guides you with cardinal or half-cardinal points and a north-south arrow. Set the compass to track a bearing of your choosing- and your Suunto Vector HR helps you get around in unknown terrain.
