The village of Langtree, a pleasant 2 mile walk along narrow lanes, hasa pub serving meals. The cottages are 3 miles from RHS Rosemoor a must for all garden lovers. Great Torrington is a 10 minute drive away and offers a range of traditional shops, pubs, cafes and Art Centre as well as the 1646 award-winning visitor attraction and the Dartington Glass Centre. The coast is within a half hour drive and offers a choice of wide sandy beaches or small coves sheltering under spectacular cliffs. Exmoor and Dartmoor are a 45 minute drive away and can both be seen from the surrounding fields. A wide range of attractions and places of interest to suit all ages and tastes are within easy reach, and the owners of Thorne Farm are more than happy to advise youabout these.
